1 tola of Gojihvadi kwath powder is boiled in 16 tola water, till water reduces to 4 tola. Filter this decoction, add misri/honey and take 3-4 times a day.
It is used in the treatment of fever of various etiology, cough, bronchitis, asthma, rhinitis.

Phalatrikadi kwath contains:
Amalki (Emblica officinalis)
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
Vibhitaki (Terminalia belerica)
Stem of Daruharidra (Berberis aristata)
Root of Indrayan (Citrullus colocynthis) and
Mustak (Cyprus rotundus)
Take 3-6 teaspoonfuls (15-30ml) after meals with an equal quantity of water or as directed by the physician.
Useful in Anaemia and Jaundice.
Coriander, Dry Ginger, Mustak, Bilva fruit & Khus
20 ml of kwatha can be given twice a day alone or with other formations as per the condition of the disease.
It can be used in conditions like digestion of ama dosha as it helps in digestion and due to its deepana pachana properties. Helps in relieving acidity due to the cold potency of the dhanyak, and also pain acts as antispasmodic and helps in relieving abdominal pain which can be due to the indigestion or flatulence. Due to the belgiri it helps in relieving the diarrhea and also it can help in stopping the mucus in the stools. It can be given in IBS and Ulcerative colitis patients as it does not increase the pitta dosha. This can be given to the patient who has a worm infestation. It acts as a liver stimulant so it will increase the production of the bile and enzymes. It helps to increase the appetite of a person so it can be given to the people with loss of appetite. Can also be given to the people with generalized weakness as it increases the digestion so it will increase the digestion of vitamins and minerals.
1- 2 tablets twice daily with lukewarm water 1 hour before food or as directed by the physician.
Guduchyadi is generally considered to be safe if it is taken in the recommended dosages.1 However, general precautions have to be followed while consuming guduchyadi.

Brihati – Indian Nightshade (root) – Solanum indicum
Ativisha – Aconitum heterophyllum
Guduchi – Indian Tinospora (stem) – Tinospora cordifolia
Karkatashrungi – Pistacia integerrima
Krishna Jiraka – Nigella sativa before using this medicine
10 to 20 ml to be mixed with a cup of hot water and to use once or twice a day empty stomach

The recommended dosage of Pathyadi Kashayam is 15-20 ml, twice a day after the meal with jaggery or take as directed by a physician.
